The two-day SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course builds the skills to connect business strategy to execution. You’ll learn how to define and communicate value, align product and team backlogs, and support Agile Release Trains to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll apply Lean thinking to translate strategic themes into features and user stories, support Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, and improve value flow across the ART. The updated POPM syllabus also introduces AI-augmented practices to support prioritisation, backlog refinement, and data-informed decision-making, while keeping human judgment at the centre.

By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped to operate confidently as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SAFe enterprise and prepared to sit the official SAFe® POPM certification exam.
