The SAFe® Business Owner Micro-credential course equips current SAFe Business Owners with the knowledge and tools they need to lead confidently in a Lean-Agile enterprise. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants deepen their understanding of the Business Owner role and how to maximize value delivery through alignment, accountability, and active engagement with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

This one-day course supports Business Owners in becoming strong partners in Lean Portfolio Management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and the ongoing realization of business outcomes.

Upon completion, attendees receive the SAFe Business Owner Micro-credential, demonstrating their understanding of the responsibilities, behaviors, and impact of a SAFe Business Owner.
