SAFe for Teams with SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification

Launch or reset an Agile Release Train with delivery-ready teams

SAFe® for Teams establishes Team and Technical Agility across your ART, strengthening the execution layer that drives predictability, flow, and measurable business progress. Teams learn how to deliver value in short increments, align to a shared mission and backlog, and improve quality without relying on workarounds.

AI-empowered updates are embedded throughout the course. AI changes the speed, not the foundations. Teams apply AI responsibly within delivery workflows.

This course is a strong fit when you need to:

  • Launch a new ART and align teams on roles, cadence, and expectations
  • Reset an ART where PI Planning is heavy but outcomes are inconsistent
  • Improve backlog readiness and story quality to reduce rework
  • Lift predictability through consistent iteration execution, reviews, and demos
  • Bring AI use into delivery with clear guardrails and responsible practices

Why ART launches struggle

Even with executive sponsorship, ART launches and resets stall when:

  • Teams don’t share a consistent understanding of roles, cadence, and ways of working
  • PI Planning becomes a reporting exercise instead of a decision-making forum
  • Backlogs lack readiness, creating churn and late surprises
  • Dependencies surface late across teams and business units
  • AI tools are introduced ad hoc, without governance or objective evaluation

SAFe for Teams builds the team-level execution capability that underpins ART performance.

Why Choose Pretty Agile

Delivered by SAFe Fellows and SPCTs

Your SAFe® for Teams course is facilitated by SAFe Fellows and SAFe Program Consultant Trainers (SPCTs) — the highest level of accreditation within the SAFe ecosystem.

That matters when you are launching or resetting an ART. Early misalignment compounds quickly across planning cycles, affecting predictability, flow, and stakeholder confidence.

You are learning from practitioners who design, launch, and reset ARTs in complex enterprise and government environments — not career trainers.

Trusted by Australian enterprise and government organisations since 2014.
