SAFe for Teams is a training program designed to help Agile teams thrive within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The course provides the knowledge and skills needed for team members to excel as part of an Agile Release Train (ART), a collaborative structure that delivers value across the organization.

Participants learn how to plan and execute work, collaborate with other teams, and continuously improve their processes. With a focus on Agile principles, Lean-Agile practices, and effective teamwork, SAFe for Teams equips teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

By completing the course, attendees earn the SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification, demonstrating their ability to contribute effectively to a SAFe implementation.

Yes, the registration fee includes one attempt at the SAFe Practitioner certification exam. Participants will receive instructions on accessing the exam via SAFe Studio after completing the course. Retakes are subject to an additional fee.

By the end of the training, your teams will be able to:

Recognise SAFe as an operating system for Business Agility and demonstrate alignment with Lean-Agile principles
Form Agile Teams within an ART and understand the roles and responsibilities of each team member
Apply a customer-centric mindset and use Design Thinking tools to deliver value-driven solutions
Plan and execute iterations and Program Increments with a focus on backlog management and well-defined user stories
Build quality into solutions and optimise the Continuous Delivery Pipeline for efficient value delivery
