The AI-Empowered SAFe Scrum Master course goes beyond team-level Scrum fundamentals to prepare you for the Scrum Master role in a SAFe enterprise. Over two days, you will learn to facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, support PI Planning and Iteration execution, coach teams for continuous improvement, and improve flow across the ART. The course includes responsible AI practices to support facilitation, retrospectives, and coaching.

Complete both days and you are eligible to sit the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam.

Course workbook (physical and digital)
One-year access to SAFe Insider, including the SAFe Framework, SAFe CoPilot, and select SAFe Connect Forums
Preparation and eligibility to sit the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam
Course certificate of completion
Postage of physical materials

The exam is included in the course registration fee (first attempt). Your trainer provides access at the end of the course. You have 30 days to complete the exam online via SAFe Studio at a time of your choosing.

Attendees must attend both days to qualify for the exam.

Attendees may be eligible to claim PDUs toward PMI continuing education requirements and SEUs toward Scrum Alliance certification.

All are welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. However, the following are recommended for those who plan to sit the SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam:

Familiarity with Agile principles and concepts
Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and XP
Working knowledge of software or hardware development processes

Note: No prior AI experience is required. The updated SSM course introduces AI concepts in a practical, non-technical way to support your facilitation and coaching work.
