AI-Native Change Agent Guiding Your Organization to True AI Success

Leading AI initiatives from idea to delivered value

AI is everywhere. But getting AI initiatives to land in the real world is harder than it looks.

Most organisations can generate ideas and run pilots. The real challenge is turning that momentum into solutions that ship, get adopted, and create measurable value.

AI-Native Change Agent is a practical 3-day course for professionals expected to make AI work across teams. It builds the capability to align stakeholders, clarify the real problem behind AI requests, and guide initiatives through design and delivery in a fast-changing landscape.

This isn’t a technical build course. It’s about leading the work that makes AI outcomes possible.

This course is designed for people who are expected to guide conversations and decisions, not just use AI themselves.

What Our Clients Say

Jacinta Penn Co-Founder at Fleecegrow

What stood out for me was the focus on how AI can actually fit into real business workflows. It helped me see how the tools I’ve been experimenting with could be used more systematically — and it built a lot of confidence that I’m on the right track. That it's not about leaving it to IT but about using it in our day to day and to provide improved services. What I appreciated most was the balance between curiosity and responsibility — using AI well, not just using it. Thanks so much Em Campbell-Pretty and Adrienne Wilson.

Larissa Ivanova Consultant: Organisational Performance and Improvement at The University of Auckland

What stood out wasn’t just the technology, it was how deeply AI thinking connects to business transformation and people-centered change. I’ve already started applying these ideas at the University of Auckland. It was great to be... learning together with such an inspiring group made the experience even richer. Inspiring to see AI framed not as hype, but as a discipline that helps us design smarter, more human systems.

Emily Hanna Programme Change Manager at The University of Auckland

Big thanks to Em Campbell-Pretty and Adrienne Wilson for making this journey genuinely inspiring. Excited to keep exploring how to “think AI-first” - not just use the tools, but redesign how we do the work.

Why Choose Pretty Agile for AI-Native Training

AI-Native Change Agent is a course created by Scaled Agile, designed to help organisations lead AI initiatives from idea through to delivered value.

Pretty Agile is the Charter Partner for AI-Native training in Australia and New Zealand, selected to deliver this course in the region.

Our role is to deliver the curriculum in a way that is practical, grounded, and relevant to how organisations are working with AI right now.

Alongside formal training, we work with leaders and teams to shape AI-enabled ways of working, including how decisions are made, risks are surfaced, and change is led. This includes helping groups:

  • structure better discovery and decision-making conversations
  • surface risk, constraints, and trade-offs earlier
  • align stakeholders around value, viability, and adoption

Training is delivered in person across Australia and New Zealand and is highly interactive by design. Sessions focus on facilitated discussion, applied scenarios, and practising the conversations and decisions that determine whether AI initiatives move forward or stall.

Designed by Scaled Agile.
Delivered by Pretty Agile.
Focused on helping people lead the conversations and decisions that shape AI outcomes.

Prerequisites

AI-Native Foundations is a prerequisite for this course.

Across three days, you’ll move from diagnosis and alignment through to design and delivery.

Day 1: The core role and the human work

  • why AI initiatives stall and how to spot the common failure patterns early
  • how to unlock value from existing AI tools and investments before building anything new
  • how to facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • creating psychological safety, handling resistance, and keeping momentum in tough conversations

Day 2: The AI solution lifecycle in practice (discovery and design)

  • how to run discovery that surfaces the real problem, constraints, and stakeholders
  • how to translate business needs into a realistic AI solution approach
  • how to plan data strategy, production operations, and risk as design inputs, not afterthoughts
  • how to build a viable investment case, including adoption and time-to-value

Day 3: Delivering through change

  • how to build resilient roadmaps that anticipate AI change and obsolescence
  • how to remove blockers and keep delivery moving without losing alignment
  • how to use fast learning cycles to pivot or persevere based on evidence
  • how to prepare for launch, measure value, and capture lessons learned
