This half-day, interactive workshop helps business and technology leaders connect their SAFe transformation to what executives actually care about: higher revenue, lower cost, lower risk and happier customers.
Built on SAFe customer success stories, the workshop brings Operational Value Stream (OVS) and Development Value Stream (DVS) leaders into the same room. That's the mechanism — the value comes from getting business and technology leaders working together, not separately. Together they establish a transformation OKR (an objective and key results statement that ties your SAFe implementation directly to a shared business outcome), identify the economic outcomes it will deliver, and create a joint plan to lead and execute the work.
Participants leave with a business-aligned transformation OKR, a shared story they can tell across the organisation, and the clarity and confidence to lead to the results that matter most.
The workshop runs for approximately half a day (4 hours), on-site or virtually, with no prerequisites.
Facilitated by SAFe Fellows who are also SPCTs.
