About Pretty Agile
AI-Native and SAFe Training and Consulting for Australian Organisations
Pretty Agile is Australia's SAFe consulting and AI-Native training company. Organisations come to us to implement SAFe, build AI-Native capability, or both.
We are the only Australian-owned Scaled Agile Platinum SPCT Partner and the AI-Native Charter Partner for Australia and New Zealand. Scaled Agile selected Pretty Agile for the AI-Native Charter from over 80 applicants globally.
Founded in 2014, we have trained 14,500+ professionals in SAFe and deliver the full AI-Native curriculum across Australia and New Zealand. Our team includes two SAFe Fellows, both of whom are also SPCTs and Certified AI-Native Trainers.
Pretty Agile was founded by Em Campbell-Pretty, one of the original four SAFe Fellows globally. Em launched Australia’s first SAFe Agile Release Train at Telstra in early 2012 — months before SAFe was registered as a trademarked framework — and documented that work in one of the first ten official SAFe case studies. She founded Pretty Agile in 2014, building on her popular blog of the same name.
The Pretty Agile team are all practitioners first. Between them, they bring decades of SAFe implementation experience — spanning Agile Release Train launches, Solution Train Engineering, Lean Portfolio Management, and enterprise transformation across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and North America. Classes and workshops draw directly on that experience.
Our focus is on helping organisations achieve Tribal Unity® through SAFe, applying Em’s culture-first approach to launching Agile Release Trains. We work with a clear philosophy: our role is to help your organisation learn how to do this — not to do it for you.
Alongside SAFe, Pretty Agile now delivers the full AI-Native curriculum across Australia and New Zealand. Both Em and Adrienne are Certified AI-Native Trainers. The focus is on helping organisations use AI deliberately — redesigning governance, decision rights, and roles so AI becomes a normal part of how work gets done, rather than a series of isolated experiments.

Em Campbell-Pretty
Em Campbell-Pretty is the founder of Pretty Agile and one of the world's most experienced SAFe practitioners. She launched Australia's first Agile Release Train — before SAFe had even been trademarked — and is one of the original four SAFe Fellows globally. She is an SPCT, a Certified AI-Native Trainer, and the author of two Amazon #1 bestselling books: Tribal Unity and The ART of Avoiding a Train Wreck.
Adrienne Wilson
Adrienne Wilson has been working exclusively in SAFe since 2013, making her one of the longest-serving SAFe practitioners in the world. She is a SAFe Fellow, SPCT, and Certified AI-Native Trainer, and the co-author of The ART of Avoiding a Train Wreck. An aerospace engineer by background, Adrienne also contributed to the development of Scaled Agile's SAFe for Hardware courseware.
