AI-Native training is a series of courses developed by Scaled Agile that build practical AI capability at every level of an organisation — from frontline professionals to senior leaders. The courses are built around the AI-Native Approach: a five-phase framework for moving from fragmented AI activity to governed, measurable outcomes. Training is one component of the approach, not the whole of it.

Pretty Agile delivers three AI-Native certification courses across Australia and New Zealand: AI-Native Foundations (two days, for any professional), AI-Native Change Agent (three days, for those leading AI initiatives), and Leading the AI-Native Organisation (one day, for senior leaders). Public courses are delivered in person across Australia and New Zealand.

The courses are designed for different levels of the organisation. AI-Native Foundations is for any professional who needs to understand and apply AI in their daily work — no technical background required. AI-Native Change Agent is for consultants, coaches, programme leads, and transformation practitioners guiding AI initiatives. Leading the AI-Native Organisation is for senior leaders accountable for AI strategy, investment, and governance.

Most AI training builds individual awareness of tools. AI-Native training is built around workflow redesign and practical application — participants work on real workflows from their own context during the course. The curriculum is part of the broader AI-Native Approach, which connects individual capability to team transformation and enterprise outcomes. Courses lead to Scaled Agile certification.

An AI-Native Charter Partner holds Scaled Agile's most senior designation for partners delivering AI-Native training and consulting. Charter Partners were hand-picked by Scaled Agile.

Scaled Agile contacted around 400 partners globally. Approximately 50 met the qualification threshold and 23 were selected as Charter Partners. Pretty Agile was one of those 23.

Pretty Agile is the only AI-Native Charter Partner across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Scaled Agile advised that Pretty Agile delivered the first AI-Native class outside their own organisation anywhere in the world.

Charter Partner status means Scaled Agile has assessed the partner's capability, commitment, and market readiness before authorising them to deliver. Not every organisation offering AI-Native training holds this designation.

AI-Native training is not specific to tech. It is built around workflow redesign, which applies to any role that involves knowledge work: HR, finance, operations, customer support, delivery, and management. Participants work on their own real workflows, so the training fits whatever industry and function they work in.

It depends on the course. AI-Native Foundations runs over two days, AI-Native Change Agent over three days, and Leading the AI-Native Organisation over one day. The AI-Native Intensive combines Foundations and Change Agent into five consecutive days. All are certification courses, with the exam taken after the course.

Yes. Pretty Agile is a small business that runs its own marketing, research, and operations on the same AI-Native methods we teach: deciding where AI genuinely helps and redesigning the work around it, rather than bolting tools on. So we advise small businesses from direct experience, not theory. A small team can send individuals to public cohorts, or run a tailored private cohort, in person or online.
