Adrienne Wilson
COO, SAFe Fellow, SPCT & Certified AI-Native Trainer
Adrienne Wilson is a SAFe Fellow, SPCT, Certified AI-Native Trainer, and co-author of The ART of Avoiding a Train Wreck.
She began her career as an Aerospace Engineer building embedded flight guidance systems before moving into SAFe, where she has worked exclusively since 2013 — making her one of the longest-serving practitioners in the world. Her first role was as a Release Train Engineer, followed by Solution Train Engineer, Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence leader, and Agile PMO leader. In 2020, she became the 4th person in Australia to earn SPCT designation. In 2022, she was named a SAFe Fellow — Scaled Agile's most prestigious recognition, held by fewer than 50 practitioners globally.

Adrienne has worked across telecommunications, financial services, government, defence, healthcare, and insurance, in organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 5 companies across the United States and Australia. She joined Pretty Agile in late 2017.
As a Certified AI-Native Trainer, Adrienne delivers AI-Native Foundations and is actively applying AI inside Pretty Agile's own operations — building the capability she helps clients develop.
