Leading SAFe for Government is a two-day course tailored for public sector leaders, delivery managers, and change agents seeking to adopt the Scaled Agile Framework in complex government environments. This course helps participants lead Lean-Agile transformations while navigating policy constraints, compliance requirements, and traditional funding models. It includes the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification exam.
