Become a SAFe Agilist and lead Lean-Agile transformation across your enterprise.

The AI-Empowered SAFe Leading SAFe course equips leaders with the foundational knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework. What Our Clients Say

Leanne Haire Operations & Portfolio Lead, ANZ Banking Group

Being taught by people who have brought SAFe to life is key. The standout feedback from my colleagues was how valuable it was learning from lived experience — and what we achieved afterwards has been amazing.

Tom Wheeler Head of Digital Programmes, Asia Pacific, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Great to step back and certify with formal training in leading agile transformations at scale. Excellent delivery from a Melbourne-based team — plus some Australian humour to brighten early starts.

Terry Hunjon National Quality Director at Raytheon Australia

Very informative and directly useful to my role. Complex topics were made simple through practical activities, and the course delivered strong return on investment in both time and fees.

Pamela Warwick Business Transformation Program Lead, Melton City Council

The content and real-world examples were exactly what I needed. I left the course with around 10 actionable items and tools to implement — small refinements that will deliver big impact.

Aaron Hines Program Manager at Crown Resorts

This was my first time in a virtual classroom, and it exceeded expectations. The collaboration tools and organisation were excellent, making the two-day course engaging and fly by.

Ryan Jacka Senior Group Manager PMO at Crown Resorts

“An excellent two days of Leading SAFe training. Thanks to Adrienne Wilson for the wisdom and energy brought to the course — a highly valuable experience.
