In this two-day Leading SAFe course, participants learn how to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). They also become eligible for the SAFe Agilist certification (SAFe). The course focuses on the principles behind Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. By applying these principles, participants will master the skills to thrive in today's competitive, fast-paced environment.

In this class, participants will learn about business agility. They will discover how to form agile teams and foster technical agility by organising around the flow of value. Attendees will learn core concepts for Agile Product Delivery, like customer centricity and design thinking. They will also develop skills to participate in PI Planning events. Additionally, they will learn how to establish a Lean Portfolio Management role in their organisation.

After completing the course, attendees will be eligible to take the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification exam and join a global community of SAFe professionals. This certification demonstrates a deep understanding of enterprise agile. Earning a SAFe certification showcases proficiency in the principles and practices necessary to achieve business agility and lead successful Lean-Agile transformations.

Leading SAFe is a two-day training course designed for leaders, managers, and Agile practitioners who want to learn how to successfully lead a Lean-Agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

The course provides an in-depth understanding of SAFe’s principles and practices, including how to align teams, departments, and programs to deliver value at scale.

Upon completing the course and passing the certification exam, attendees earn the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.

The course is open to everyone, irrespective of their experience level. It is highly recommended that people planning to take the SAFe Agilist certification exam have some experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product development, project management, or Scrum.

Attendees must attend both days of the course to be eligible to take the exam.
Leading SAFe 6.0 training inclusions

Yes, the exam fee for your first attempt is included in the course registration fee. 

The instructor provides access to the exam at the end of the class.

You will have 30 days to take the exam online via SAFe Studio at a time and place of your choosing. You do not need to schedule the exam in advance.
