Deliver value to your customers faster by uncovering the root-cause issues and opportunities for improving flow. The Accelerating Flow Workshop gives teams and leaders a structured method to address your organisation's specific challenges — pinpointing inefficiencies, eliminating barriers, and optimising how value flows through your systems.

Built around SAFe's eight Flow Accelerators, each group selects a real value stream to work with, then applies the accelerators to identify improvement opportunities at every level, from teams to portfolios. Participants leave with a prioritised action plan and committed first actions they can start on straight away.

The workshop can be run for a single Agile team or scaled to a full value stream, with participants working in table groups of 6–10. It works best with a value stream that has already launched ARTs and run at least one PI. It runs on-site or virtually.

Facilitated by SAFe Fellows who are also SPCTs.
