Claire Sanders

Principal Consultant & SPCT-Candidate

Claire has been practising SAFe since 2014 as a team member, Product Owner, Scrum Master and then an Agile Coach for Teams and ART and Business Leadership. She has launched multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) with Pretty Agile and has consulted across some of Australia’s largest Banks, software houses, companies in the Building products industry as well as Federal government departments.

In addition to Public and Private training on SAFe, she coaches ARTs: helps them see themselves more clearly and carve out relentless improvement. One client named her as the “driving force behind relentless improvement”. She mentors SPCs to build their capability and grow their confidence. Most recently, she has become an SPCT-Candidate.

She has also been applying her Lean-Agile leadership to raising a well-loved toy spoodle puppy.
