Pretty Agile Pty Ltd is a small business and exempt from the Privacy Act 1988 under the small business exemption. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles voluntarily.
What we collect
- Enquiries: name, email, phone (if provided), message content.
- Course bookings and payments: name, email, organisation, payment details (processed by Stripe, we don't store card details).
- Course participants: full name, email, postal address, provided either by the participant or by their employer on their behalf.
- Email list: name and email (Mailchimp), for course updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Website analytics: general usage data (Google Analytics 4), not personally identifying.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, run bookings, deliver training, provision licensed courseware, and send updates you've opted into.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), Google Analytics (usage data), Scaled Agile, Inc. (name, email, company, as required to provision licensed SAFe courseware and certifications), and Australia Post (name, postal address, contact number, for delivering physical course materials where applicable). We don't sell or trade your information.
