AI-Native Foundations teaches the capability layer that sits under effective Copilot use: workflow analysis, AI-assisted task design, responsible use, and building team habits around AI tools.
Microsoft product training covers what Copilot can do. This course covers how to change the way you work with it — building the habits that determine whether Copilot becomes a genuine productivity shift or stays underused. Participants work on one real workflow from their own role, leave with a written proposal for redesigning it and a phased personal roadmap for putting it into practice, and take home a toolkit of resources to continue building after the course.

In a Copilot deployment, the highest-value participants are typically: knowledge workers across technical and non-technical roles — project management, analysis, IT, engineering, HR, communications and operations; team leads who need to identify and support AI-enabled workflow changes in their teams; and change leads or programme managers running the deployment.
