Launching AI-Native ARTs
Launching AI-Native ARTs with AI-Native ART Leader certification
Announced by Scaled Agile. Scheduled for release 29 September 2026. Launching AI-Native ARTs is a new two-day offering from Scaled Agile that combines a course and a workshop. Participants apply the twelve critical success factors of AI-Native SAFe: three elements inside each of the four Lean-Agile shifts for the Age of AI. Using the AI-Native ART Launch Readiness Assessment, they assess their organisation against those factors and build a plan to relaunch an existing Agile Release Train as an AI-Native ART, or launch a new one. The launch plan covers what must be in place before your first PI Outcome Planning event, what must be in place before your first Sense and Respond event, and what can wait until after both. Attendees finish ready to execute and can sit the exam to earn the AI-Native ART Leader certification and digital badge. The course is designed for the group of people planning an AI-Native ART launch together, delivered inside your organisation. Scaled Agile's guidance is that attendees should have both the breadth of knowledge and the leadership authority to identify the critical activities that need to be planned.
