AI-Native SAFe for Teams with AI-Native SAFe certification
Announced by Scaled Agile. Expected in the coming months. AI-Native SAFe for Teams is for the teams on an AI-Native Agile Release Train. AI-Native Teams integrate human creativity with AI: they build customer-centric, AI-empowered products, continuously improve the workflows that deliver them, and keep humans in the loop reviewing AI outputs for quality and bias. The course gives teams the time and space to explore what that means in practice: the product, builder and domain expert capabilities of an AI-Native Team, the flow-based align-sense-respond way of operating, the outputs an AI-Native Team produces (experiments, prototypes, features and enablers), and how AI-Native ART events drive collaboration and innovation across the ART. It builds on the AI skills developed in AI-Native Foundations, adding what it means to be an AI-Native team on an AI-Native ART.
