Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant

Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant ASPC Certification Training

Become an Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant and lead at executive and portfolio level across enterprise SAFe implementations.

Built for experienced SPCs who are already running ARTs and need to work at the next level. The course is structured around five responsibility areas: engaging executives, developing a transformation strategy, unlocking portfolio flow, customising SAFe, and embracing AI.

Over four days, you will apply these disciplines in a practical Learning Lab that simulates enterprise transformation conditions.

Complete the four days and you are eligible to sit the ASPC certification assessment.

Delivered by a SAFe Fellow, SPCT, and Certified AI-Native Trainer.

Prerequisite: Active SPC Certification

An active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is required to enrol. Scaled Agile's system blocks enrolment if your SPC has expired.

If your SPC has lapsed, you'll need to renew it before booking. Note: Enrolling in ASPC does not renew your SPC. See Scaled Agile's ASPC policy.

If your SPC renewal is coming up, ASPC may be the smarter move. Once you pass the exam, all your SAFe certifications align to the ASPC expiry date, and the annual ASPC renewal covers them all going forward, including your SPC. Your SPC must still be active when you sit the exam, so factor in the 30-day exam window if your renewal is close.

The exam is included in the course registration fee (first attempt). Your trainer provides access at the end of the course. You have 30 days to complete the exam online via SAFe Studio at a time of your choosing.

Attendees must attend all four days to qualify for the exam.

Passing the ASPC exam renews all your previously earned SAFe certifications and access to match your ASPC certification expiration.

Attendees may be eligible to claim PDUs toward PMI continuing education requirements and SEUs toward Scrum Alliance certification.
